Pizza Sticks

 

Perfect for snacking with friends, try this pizza sticks recipe.

 PORTIONS:

 5 sticks

 INGREDIENTS

  •  1 pizza dough

  •  50cl of tomato sauce

  •  4 slices of Bayonne ham (pulled)

  •  300g mozzarella (cut into sticks)

  •  100g of Gruyere

  •  1 bunch of basil (minced)

 INSTRUCTIONS


 Preheat the oven to 200 °.  Cut the pizza dough in half lengthwise.

 Spread with tomato sauce, sprinkle with ham, mozzarella and basil.

 Superimpose with the second dough.  Cut into strips and twist the strips.  Sprinkle with Gruyère and bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
